The Taimon Booton Navigation Center
The Taimon Booton Navigation Center (TBNC) is a shelter and service center for transgender,
gender non-conforming & intersex people, as well as cisgender women, to find sanctuary,
community, and a pathway to housing. We offer beds, meals, showers, laundry facilities, medical
services, case management, recreational activities and community for up to 64 people at a time.
It is our hope that everyone who stays at the Taimon Booton Navigation Center leaves feeling
safer, more supported, and on their way to stable housing. If you’re interested in staying at the

same day intakes.

The Bobbie Jean Baker House
The Bobbie Jean Baker House (BJB) is an 18 bedroom transitional housing program for
transgender, gender non-conforming & intersex people located in San Francisco’s Mission
District. The BJB House offers an independent & supportive living environment with integrated
case management services to help TGI individuals who are experiencing homelessness stabilize
and begin a pathway to long-term housing. Residents at the BJB house may stay up to 18 months
and are not required to pay any rent are provided with basic food staples, in house supportive
services and case management. Our program has a waitlist however we encourage people to

The Our Trans Home Rental Subsidy Program
The Our Trans Home Rental Subsidy Program (OTH) provides financial rental assistance for
transgender, gender non-conforming & intersex people living in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The program also offers support finding your own apartment as well as on going housing support
to help individuals stay stably housed. The subsidy amount varies depending on your income,
and the average length of a subsidy is up to 18 months where participants will be required to
reapply. Participants who are Elderly or Disabled will be able to access an ongoing subsidy as
